軟件介紹: BlankWorks是一個基于SolidWorks環(huán)境快速展開工具,SolidWorks2007之前的3.0版本是一個好很好的工具,但是BlankWorks3.0在SolidWorks2008以后的版本里不能用了,不久前,FTI終于出了可以應用在SolidWorks 2008 2009下能用的4.0版本。 圖片:

3 分析步驟詳解:
感覺比起blankworks3.0
,功能更簡單了,不用再手動的處理網(wǎng)格了,程序全自動的處理了,分析的步驟也更簡單了,一共6步:
(1)Click the BLANKWORKS icon on
the BLANKWORKS Toolbar, or select BLANKWORKS > Setup
from the main SolidWorks
menu.
點菜單或者工具欄中的“setup”按鈕,啟動設置界面。

(2)Select all surfaces to be flattened, it can be either the entire
model or only the flanges (flange
unfold). These surfaces can
either be top, bottom, or mid-surface.
選擇要展開區(qū)域的曲面(一定要是曲面,可以是上下表面或者中面。)。

(3)Define any Constrained Edges and any Support Surfaces (curved
binder / unfolding surfaces) as applicable.
定義對稱邊線。和展開基準平面(沒有就算了)。

(4)Define the Material Type & Thickness, as well as
the Thickness Direction.
定義材料、厚度,最好還有厚度的方向(中間面就免了)。

(5)Define the forming coordinate system (press direction) or select
the Auto Tipping function. The Z-axis of the defined coordinate
system will be used as the press direction during the analysis. The
default tipping direction is the global
Z-axis. If the default axis is
NOT used, the blank will be created on the X-Y plane of the defined
coordinate system. Define the
forming process as either Draw Die or Form Die.
定義展開的坐標系(沖壓方向)。全局坐標系的Z軸為默認的自動展開的方向,假如此項沒有定義,則自動會在XY基準面上展開。

(6)Define the mesh generation parameters by selecting one of the
three options available: Low, Medium, or
High. The default setting is
Medium. Select the check box for Fill All Holes if you would like
the holes to be filled in during meshing and for blank
development
定義網(wǎng)格劃分的質(zhì)量,默認為良好。(還可以指定自動補齊所有孔)。

圖9所示的例子選擇了所有孔自動補齊,網(wǎng)格質(zhì)量中。設置如圖10所示:計算時間:30秒,得到結果質(zhì)量很好。

2008沖壓仿真的第二章的例子,測試其1/4展開能力,MID網(wǎng)格計算時間:10秒。質(zhì)量一般,用高品質(zhì)再試試,計算報錯,不能正常進行。切換成整體的:不對稱。結果還可以。

沒有填補孔,孔自動填補:從面上看,質(zhì)量還可以。
4 結論:
1:零件最好還是用整體的分析,局部對稱的有問題。折彎件的展開質(zhì)量比較高。
2:每次分析完后,要重新分析,信息需要重新輸入,不方便。
3:計算的速度比起以前要快一些,而且不需要用戶輸入網(wǎng)格尺寸了,對于一般用戶來說,更方便了。但是對于專業(yè)用戶來說,就整體說,還是目前SolidWorks平臺下最方便的展開工具之一。
