案例：板磚跌落應(yīng)用，hypermesh設(shè)置surface contact

我最近在學習做一個手機跌落,先用最簡單的類似板磚模型,這篇文章主要寫一下我用hypermesh設(shè)置曲面接觸的過程。

案例：板磚跌落應(yīng)用，hypermesh設(shè)置surface contacthypermesh應(yīng)用技術(shù)圖片1

目的:設(shè)置一個弱面摩擦接觸,模擬跌落的時候,手機與鋼板的接觸;摩擦系數(shù)取0.5;

步驟:1、建立兩個surface:ground_mobile,mobile_ground;

2、建立接觸屬性surface interaction:ground_mobile_firction;

3、建立接觸對interface:ground_mobile;

操作過程:

1、建立兩個surface:ground_mobile,mobile_ground;

ground_mobile的建立操作過程簡單,請參考mobile_ground的建立過程;

首先單擊標題欄tools→contact manager,出現(xiàn)面接觸建立窗口,如圖1示下:

單擊標題surface,圖中g(shù)round_mobile已建立,重新new,新建一個surface,輸入name:mobile_ground,如下圖2

單擊create之后,進入如圖3所示界面,為surface創(chuàng)建窗口,選擇define欄,define surface for:3D solid gasket;單擊select elements:element,進入單元選擇界面,按住shift鍵的同時,框選mobile組件所有單元,單擊勾選select faces by:solid skin,單擊faces會在前面框選的單元表面生成面單元,然后進入單元選擇界面,此時選擇的單元即為即將建立的mobile_ground surface;如圖4所示,選擇mobile外表面所有單元(方法有很多,我選擇on plane,分別選擇mobile的六個表面單元),單擊proceed,返回圖3窗口;

在圖3操作窗口中,單擊add即完成surface:mobile_ground的創(chuàng)建;單擊close返回contact manager窗口;此時兩個建立接觸用到的surface都已建立,第二步就是建立接觸屬性surface interaction;

2、建立接觸屬性surface interaction:ground_mobile_friction;

單擊contact manager窗口標題surface interaction,進入接觸屬性新建窗口,如圖5所示;單擊new,輸入name:ground-mobile-friction,進入屬性編輯界面如圖6所示;

在surface interaction窗口define選擇:friction,單擊friction窗口,編輯設(shè)置如圖7所示;

單擊ok,返回contact manager窗口,下一步建立面接觸對;

3、建立接觸對interface:ground_mobile;

contact manager窗口單擊interface欄,新建一個interface,單擊new進入創(chuàng)建設(shè)置窗口。

在name欄輸入名字:interface-ground_mobile,type選擇contact pair,單擊create進入contact pair窗口;

在contact pair窗口,define欄,surface下拉菜單選擇ground_mobile,單擊master設(shè)置為主接觸面,同理在下拉菜單選擇mobile_ground,單擊slave,設(shè)置為從接觸面,interaction項,下拉菜單選擇第2步創(chuàng)建的ground-mobile-friction,其他項默認,單擊OK完成設(shè)置。
