海思信號(hào)完整性工程師招聘

地點(diǎn):深圳、上海

職位描述:

針對(duì)IP和非量產(chǎn)芯片的系統(tǒng)級(jí)技術(shù)原型樣機(jī)(包括但不限于EVB、面向芯片前端的SLT等),以及針對(duì)量產(chǎn)后的高性能芯片的ATE Load Board、Burning Board、ESD等自動(dòng)測試單板,承擔(dān):

1、板級(jí)PI仿真:利用仿真工具提取與分析板級(jí)電源/地平面特性參數(shù)(直流壓降、特性阻抗等),優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)和解決潛在的電源完整性問題,包括對(duì)板級(jí)電源完整性前期進(jìn)行去耦電容優(yōu)化,后期對(duì)壓降、阻抗仿真,給出Layout、硬件設(shè)計(jì)的優(yōu)化方案等。

2、系統(tǒng)級(jí)和板級(jí)SI仿真:對(duì)系統(tǒng)方案可行性評(píng)估、仿真,提取和分析信號(hào)鏈路特性參數(shù)(S參數(shù)、TDR/TDT、眼圖等),優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)或解決可能存在的信號(hào)完整性問題,包括從最初的方案可行性仿真評(píng)估、布局評(píng)估,到板材選擇、疊層設(shè)計(jì)、對(duì)Layout的約束指導(dǎo)、PCB加工問題處理,以及回板測試結(jié)果跟蹤、異常問題分析和定位等。

3、仿真優(yōu)化新技術(shù)的研究和開發(fā)引進(jìn)。

候選人要求:

1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,電子、通信、計(jì)算機(jī)及相關(guān)專業(yè),了解通信基本原理

2、熟悉網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊、無線射頻和基站、手機(jī)終端等產(chǎn)品

3、具有優(yōu)秀的系統(tǒng)仿真或優(yōu)化、數(shù)學(xué)、運(yùn)籌等方面的建模能力,熟練運(yùn)用Keysight ADS、ANSYS HFSS、ANSYS SIwave、Cadence PowerSI、Synopsys H-spice等電磁場和信號(hào)/電源完整性仿真優(yōu)化工具中的一種或幾種。

4、了解基本的信號(hào)完整性測試項(xiàng)目,如S參數(shù)測試、TDR/TDT測試、眼圖測試等;熟練掌握信號(hào)完整性、電源完整性、電磁干擾與兼容、高速信號(hào)傳輸?shù)认嚓P(guān)專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí);熟練掌握射頻/微波/電磁場和集成無源器件等專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)

5、具有系統(tǒng)級(jí)仿真及優(yōu)化項(xiàng)目成功實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先

AMD信號(hào)完整性工程師招聘:

JOBRESPONSIBILITIES:

• To verify and validate hardware products designed and developed in house at AMD(ATI) using the standard qualification process developed within the hardware qualification group and participates in creating/improving all phases of test procedures and methodologies.
  ? Analyze the failures found in testing and support the internal design team to find the root cause of the issues;
  ? Improving the validation methods and procedures.
  ? Executing and/or automating the tests including some signal integrity analysis.
  ? Communicate with various internal departments to resolve anomalies
  ? Participate in issuing internal/external releasable test reports.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently and effectively to meet time requirements.

• Familiar with display interface high speed signal integrity measurement

• Proficient in using electronic equipment such as digital oscilloscope, logic and network analyzer.

• Proficient in using all MS operating systems and the configuration/setting of PCs.

• Solid background in IC technology

• Experienced in board level design and development is a plus

• Familiarity with High speed signal theory is a plus.

EDUCATION:

• BS + 2-4 years or MS + 0-1 yearo f industrial experience in a hardware product testing or development environment

• Required Experience:

EducationRequirements: MSEE with minimum 3 years or BSEE with minimum 5 years experiencein high speed interface design and signal integrity or Microwave Engineering.

Hands onexperience with high speed interfaces implementation and hardware system experienceis a must.

Packaging RLCGextraction and knowledge of IBIS modeling, board & package modelextraction, via modeling.

Simulating andanalyzing Power distribution network for power integrity.

System SignalIntegrity analysis experience with HSPICE is must and familiarity with toolssuch as Keysight ADS, Sigrity Power-SI, Ansoft HFSS tools.
